Fees

I believe therapy should be accessible to all who need it so please do enquire about reduced rates if you are low waged/low income.

I offer a 10% discount to clients working in front-line service delivery jobs across NHS, Social Care, State Education and First Responding services so please do let me know if this applies to you. 

I charge £85 for therapy assessment and for subsequent therapy sessions.

Blocks of 4 sessions can be purchased for £320 (at a reduced rate of £80 per session) when paid for in advance.

Assessments and therapy sessions are 50 minutes.

I offer sessions online and in person. I work in the Southeast London area.

Sessions and appointments which are cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice will not be charged for.

Where less than 48 hours’ cancellation notice Is given sessions are charged at full rate.

Payments

Payments for assessments and therapy sessions can be made in cash or by BACS.

I will provide my bank details at the time of booking your first session.
